Have an appointment with psychologist basically tomorrow. Am thinking of showing them this blog. The pattern is obvious to me though: wake up slightly later = feel better. Please thoughts on what I should discuss with them?
Didn’t sleep till quite late last night (felt like it was maybe 01:00 or so while getting in bed at 22:00?) wanted to keep doing SuperMemo but was worried it was keeping me awake so read on phone (with night light ofc). Might be due to not running for the last couple days, due to leg pains (still have the habit of going aroudn the park on a walk twice a day though).
Super tired as I type this around 19:00 and not sure why. Oh wait, because of less sleep last night. Ok.
