I slept in today, and I felt the best I have in ages!
I did not even need to sleep in that much longer, perhaps an hour or so extra.
The morning was easily the least stressed and most productive morning I’ve had in weeks — actually, the entire day was more clear minded and happier than usual.
Missed nap attempt slot due to getting caught up in other things.
125mg caffeine as normal.
Pain in legs from running too much, was hopping home :) I know that is sign I should take another rest day from running.
The cost of the goodness of today was attending lessons. That certainly doesn’t mean I did not learn today though.
