Day 27: Friendship Redux

Quick post! 3 minutes till focusme!

100mg caffeine felt really good today high quality stuff.

Alarm went off at 8 felt really tired this was a watch alarm I put on as 8 being the new dead limit like 9 was at the start of the challenge but generally just annoying on weekend was having nice ddream at the time (is this a signal for REM sleep? What does it mean?)

Procrastinated on getting out of bed because fear of runnign probably a sign am doing too much am pretty buff these days even just from running which is good.

legs are slightly sore for most of day so probably signal of something.

didn’t attempt nap for various reason but mostly because of sadness from lonliness and despising naps but had calls all evening so was happy.

    generally when I’m having dreams before waking up, it’s because I’ve run out of circadian so it’s shifted farther towards dreams

    usually it’s because I slept too late and body wants more memory consolidation but there’s not enough hormones for it so it just does rem
