Today was another Super Tired Day. I bet I’m tolerant to the caffeine after taking the same for so long, at still a relatively low dose. I will up it to 100mg immediately a pon waking (and as all for the entire day) if people don’t think that’s a terrible idea.
Woke up at 7 curiously exhausted, and battled with myself for about 40 minutes on whether to get out of bed and embrace sunlight and doing stuff to favour phase advances vs embracing the tiredness. I lied in bed. It was mostly futile anyway, the sun rose just before 08:00 and I though my light’s rather bright I don’t think it’s anywhere near sunlight level. Why am i waking up if still tired? Is it because I’m sleeping too early? It did seem I slept ridiculously early last night, at about 22:30 or so. Though I woke up at 06:20 so I thought it was justified.
Nap attempt: Tried one at 14:00 when i felt a sudden dip in alertness. Felt like I was a prisoner for 17ish minutes then relinquished myself. Funnily enough only 20~ minutes after that I felt another energy dip and this time really enjoyed the nap attempt. I will start tracking napping details more thoroughly.
Did late morning run today too (2 laps).
