Day 13: Caffeine Increase

Felt pretty darn good for most of today too! Coincidence given increased caffeine, i think not! Though I am very much dead apon waking at 9 (when my light turns on as very limit, I don’t want schedule to drift past nine). New years jutted schedule forward unfortunately. I wonder if i should start setting alarms and getting out into the sunlight progressively earlier each day?

Big dip in energy from about 11:00 to 14:00 though, and another at 19:00 (though the latter was quickly elminated by a scheduled shower, and then a very pleasant call).

Exercise still going strong with 2 morning laps in the sunlight, with an extra half hour of outdoors sunlight before the cold got too much.

Today I ate: 3 pancakes for breakfast, slice of pizza and couple buiscuits at lunch, and rice & stew for dinner (with a bunch of breadsticks in between, and a couple crisps. and grapes. and a yoghurt.)

I realise on listing it out just how much trash I ate because its readily available.

Interesting that the peak in energy both today and yesterday was both an hour after caffeine.

    Do you have plan for this?
    Something I want to try is: decide in advance meal for each day of week, buy each days ingredients while on run and cook it fresh. Haven’t been able to decide on easy vegan/not time consuming to prep meals yet though besides vegan parfait and tofu rice.
